Fruit Juice

Fruit Juice as a natural food coloring is prepared by expressing the juice from mature varieties of edible and fresh fruits. A second method involves adding a water infusion to dried fruit.

Commonly used fruit juices as natural food coloring are black currant juice, cabbage juice, chokeberry juice, elderberry juice, grape juice, potato juice and beet juice.
