Grape Skin

Grape skin extract (enocianina) is a purple-reddish liquid derived through water extraction of fresh deseeded grapes that have been pressed for grape juice or wine production.

Anthocyanins from grape skin are often blended with other anthocyanins as method to enhance the appearance by promoting the fruit flavor present in certain beverages.

Grape skin extract is used primarily in energy drinks, spirits, juice drinks and specialty teas.
