Beet Juice

Beet juice is derived through extraction from the root of the vegetable commonly known as Red beet, technically named Beta vulgarism.
Color Hue
Beet Juice applications include ice cream, yogurt, milk drinks, fruit preparations, salad dressing, sauces and soups.
Unlike many other natural food coloring, beet juice does not change hue in response to the differences in the pH of food and beverages. The primary source of red beets are harvested in the Midwestern United States during the fall season.
